The parking, hotel or lounge product or package of products that you are comparing must be the same in every respect as that which you purchased from Holiday Extras.
Where multiple rooms are booked each room is regarded as a separate product.
You must make your claim within 24 hours of making and paying for your booking with Holiday Extras.
Successful claims will not be paid until after the return date originally booked.
You must use the parking, hotel or lounge as per the booking against which you are making your claim.
Cancellation of the booking cancels your right to claim under this guarantee.

There are lots of different types of car park available & not all types are available at all airports. Once you've found the cheapest price it doesn't necessarily mean it'll be the best for you. Here's a quick guide to what the options are:
On-site parking. The airport operators' own car parks
This is the name given to car parks operated by the British Airports Authority (BAA). It basically means that the car park is on BAA land, but occasionally 'off-site' car parks can actually be closer to the terminal building.
Off-site parking. Any car park not in the airport complex
Simply any carpark that isn't part of the airport complex itself. In other words this is the name given to the invariably cheaper car parks operated by third-party companies, which lay on regular transport (transfers) to the terminal building. The best of these are just as quick and convenient as on-site, if not more so!
Meet and Greet. Valet parking by another name
You drive to the terminal, and are met by a driver who you give your keys to, (s)he then parks it for you. When you land, the car's waiting at the terminal again. Some also offer to valet your car or even service it before returning it to you as well. Great service, but usually expensive.
Local car parks. Private, smaller places to park
There are occasionally small companies with spare land that offer their own parking services & try to undercut the competition on price. On the downside, they generally don't offer anything like the same level of security, almost all airport car parks have 24 hour CCTV and guard patrols, whereas local services may be less secure and availability is more limited, so check first and weigh this up with the price if considering one.
